Was the tooth aching in the first place? How did you feel about the tooth after it was extracted?  Mas masaya ka ba at relieved?  If yes, ibig sabihin, you have been meaning to take away something very natural to you that is causing you grief or burden.

If you did not have anything bad to begin with but just removed the tooth, then it could be pre-empting you of an upcoming pain.
